The Nairobi Declaration on Sustainable Insurance will be represented at the 47th OESAI Annual Conference & AGM, taking place at Speke Resort Convention Centre, Munyonyo, Uganda from 23rd – 27th August 2025. The theme of this year’s conference, “The Future of Customer Experience in Insurance”, resonates strongly with NDSI’s mission to embed sustainability at the heart of insurance business models across Africa.

Building on the momentum of the AIO 2024 NDSI Roundtable, the NDSI will host sessions that explore how customer-centric innovation can drive the development of sustainable insurance products and inclusive solutions.  In addition, NDSI will have a booth at the conference where it will engage with existing and potential signatories.
