The theme of this year’s conference, “The Future of Customer Experience in Insurance”, resonates strongly with NDSI’s mission to integrate sustainability at the heart of the insurance business across Africa.The NDSI will host a side event at the OESAI Conference under the overarching theme of, ‘Redefining Trust: How Sustainable Insurance Can Shape the Future Customer Experience’. The workshop aims to create awareness on the interconnectivity between sustainable insurance practice and client experience.
