He holds a Masters Degree in Computational Intelligence, a Master Degree in Business Administration, and a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering. He brings a strong blend of technical depth, strategic leadership, and business insight to the intersection of insurance, reinsurance, and digital ecosystems.
With more than 27 years of experience in ICT leadership across consumer goods, financial services and regional institutions, Alexio has led enterprisewide digital transformation initiatives and inclusive insurance solutions. His work focuses on building resilient, scalable technology environments and ensuring alignment between technology investments and longterm business strategy.
He is a passionate advocate for Africa’s digital advancement and the role of technology in strengthening financial inclusion and deepening insurance penetration. Alexio contributes actively to industry dialogues on digital transformation and emerging technologies and has collaborated with crossborder teams and partners to drive adoption of innovative solutions that position African enterprises for future growth
