Jeremy Leach is the Founder and Executive Director of Inclusivity Solutions, an insurtech dedicated to designing, building, and operating digital insurance businesses across emerging markets. Jeremy has extensive experience advising, researching, and implementing digital financial services around the world.
Previously, Jeremy was a Director at BFA Global leading strategy and innovation in responsible digital finance. As Divisional Director and Head of Inclusive Insurance at the Hollard Insurance Group, he spearheaded insurance innovations ranging from product design to new distribution channels and consumer engagement. Before Hollard, Jeremy served as Executive Director at FinMark Trust, where his work on insurance and mobile money influenced global best practice.
Jeremy is a Chartered Certified Accountant (UK) and holds an MSc in International Development from the University of Bath. He is a founding member and adviser to Cenfri and has served on the South African Minister of Finance’s Short Term Insurance Advisory Committee, among other roles. He is a regular speaker at global conferences on microinsurance, digital insurance, mobile money, and financial innovation.
