She is currently the Director of Sales, Retail, and Partnership at Leadway Assurance, where she has driven significant revenue growth, expanded market reach, and built high-value partnerships through strategic execution and performance-driven leadership. Prior to this role, Kike served as Group Chief Risk Officer and Group Head of Sustainability at Leadway, where she played a key role in embedding ESG principles across the organization and advancing strategic risk optimization. Her career includes impactful leadership positions at Ernst & Young, where she led the Financial Services Risk Management practice across Africa, and at the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority, where she supervised major trading platforms.
