Milanthi is Senior Consultant and Actuary at Impact Actuarial. She is a seasoned actuary with 20+ years of experience spanning insurance, investments, and banking across developed and emerging markets. She has held leadership roles in risk management, product development, and capital management, advising insurers on regulatory transitions, including Risk-Based Capital reporting and IFRS17. Milanthi has advised governments on sustainable pension and insurance reforms, and collaborated with organizations like UNEP FI and The World Bank on climate-smart and index-based products. Milanthi’s expertise extends to ESG integration and she is leading ESG strategy and product development for NDSI members that are part of the FSD Africa Technical Assistance program.
