Phyllis Adwoa Fraikue is a seasoned public sector expert with 26 years of experience at Ghana’s Ministry of Finance. As Director of the Climate Financing Division, she leads efforts to integrate climate finance into national strategies, advance Ghana’s climate change agenda, and secure Green Climate Fund (GCF) resources. Her leadership has been instrumental in facilitating the approval of key climate projects, developing financial tools, and supporting the country’s Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs).

In addition to her role as Director, she serves as the National Coordinator for the Ghana Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (GHEITI), SHERPA for the Coalition of Finance Ministers for Climate Action, and the Focal Person for the Green Climate Fund.
